LBFE manager to participate in MN DHS panel

Louise Anderson, MSW, LICSW, Counseling Services Program Manager at Little Brothers - Friends of the Elderly, has been invited by the Mental Health Division of the Minnesota Department of Human Services to participate in a panel discussion on mental health services for older adults.
The 1.5 program on July 14, 2008, will focus on mental health services, and will be broadcast throughout the state on their interactive video equipment.
Anderson has a master’s degree in social work and is licensed by the Minnesota Board of Social Work as an LICSW, Independent Clinical Social Worker. She has more than thirty years of work experience in the mental health field and has worked on the federal, state, and local community levels.
Anderson also co-authored a book with Katherine Pollock, LISW, entitled Room and Board is Not Enough: Older Adults and Mental Illness, which serves as a learning guide for caregivers.
