Friendship is the cure for feeling more vibrant, connected and engaged.

There is nothing like the feeling one gets when a friend is about to call. The laughter, the stories, sharing the experiences. If you are an older adult or care for someone who is, the phone may not be ringing as often as one would like. That is where Elder Friends Phone Companions comes in. We connect older adults with warm and caring volunteers ready to create enjoy a connection.

Due to an outpouring of support from our community, we currently have a waiting list for volunteers who would like to be paired with an older adult for our Phone Companions program.

If you wish to volunteer, complete the form and you will be placed on a waiting list and notified when opportunities become available.

In the meantime, we ask that you use our Ambassador Toolkit to spread the word to older adults through your family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, places of worship, community groups, and businesses. Your effort, energy, and passion will pave a path for more older adults to join Little Brothers – Friends of the Elderly and connect with a friendly, understanding Phone Companion. Together, we can help end older adult loneliness and isolation!

Thank you!
